WorkWell Access
Five reduced-cost accommodation evaluations each month. $89 instead of $169, no documentation required and no questions asked.
Cost should not be the reason someone goes without documentation for a workplace accommodation. WorkWell Access sets aside five Standard Evaluation slots each month at a reduced price. You do not need to prove financial need, submit paperwork, or explain your circumstances.
Request a slot.
Slots reset on the 1st of each month. We reply within 3 business days.
What Access covers
An Access evaluation is a full Standard Evaluation. Same independent providers, same 15-minute video consultation, same accommodation letter, same process. The only difference is the price and the fact that slots are limited.
Included
A 15-minute video consultation with an independent PSYPACT-licensed psychologist
One ADA accommodation letter, or one employer form completed instead, if the provider determines it is clinically appropriate
The Accommodation Request Kit, a $49 digital guide covering how to make the request, what to say, and what to do if your employer pushes back
Full access to our support team by email
Not included
Complete Support, our $299 tier with additional employer forms and follow-up interactions
Additional employer forms, letter revisions, or provider-employer calls beyond the one deliverable your evaluation covers. These are available as add-ons at standard prices
Reevaluations at Access pricing. Reevaluations are priced separately
Any guarantee that a letter will be issued, or that your employer will approve your request

Please read this section carefully. It is the same information every WorkWell customer gets, and none of it changes because the price is lower.
Your provider decides independently. The psychologist who evaluates you is an independent licensed provider, not a WorkWell employee. They review your intake, assess your functional limitations, and decide whether an accommodation letter is clinically appropriate. WorkWell has no role in that decision and cannot influence it.
A letter is not guaranteed. If your provider determines a letter is not clinically appropriate, you will not receive one. As a WorkWell Access participant, your $89 fee is refunded in full in that circumstance.
You must be physically in a PSYPACT state during the call. Your provider's authorization depends on where you physically are during the video session, not where you live or where your employer is. There are 40+ participating jurisdictions. Notable exclusions include California, Oregon, Alaska, New Mexico, and Louisiana.
You must be currently employed and at least 18 years old.
This is for workplace accommodations, not medical leave. WorkWell does not provide FMLA certification or complete FMLA paperwork. If you need leave rather than a change to how you work, this is not the right service.
Your intake must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment, or the appointment will be cancelled.
An accommodation letter does not obligate your employer to approve your request. Employers must engage in an interactive process and may deny a request that would impose undue hardship, or offer a different accommodation that is also effective.
Full terms: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Check whether your state participates on the PSYPACT map.
How to request a slot
Email access@workwellevals.com
Include your name and the state you will be physically in during your video appointment. That is all we need. You do not need to explain why you are requesting a slot, and we will not ask.
We reply within 3 business days
A person reads every request. If a slot is available, you get a private booking link and a password. If the month is full, we tell you the date slots reset and hold your request for the next month.
Book, complete your intake, attend
From that point the process is identical to any WorkWell evaluation. You choose your provider from three independent psychologists, book directly on their calendar, complete your clinical intake, and attend a 15-minute video consultation.
Request a slot.
Slots are limited to five per month and reset on the 1st.
If you would rather not wait
Access slots are limited and requests are answered in the order they arrive, so there is a wait. If you need documentation quickly, or if the standard price is manageable for you, book directly at the regular rate and skip the queue. Leaving a slot open for someone else is genuinely useful.

If you work with people who need ADA accommodation documentation and cannot afford it, you are welcome to point them here. There is no referral agreement, no form to sign, and nothing we need from you. Send them this page or have them email access@workwellevals.com directly.
If it is useful to list us alongside other resources, here is the description we would use:
WorkWell Access, WorkWell Evals LLC. Five reduced-cost ADA workplace accommodation evaluations per month at $89, conducted by independent PSYPACT-licensed psychologists via telehealth. Self-attested, no documentation required. workwellevals.com/access
We are also happy to answer questions about scope, provider credentials, or whether a specific situation is a fit. Email access@workwellevals.com.
Questions
Do I have to prove I cannot afford the regular price?
No. WorkWell Access is self-attested. We do not ask for income documentation, benefit statements, or an explanation. If you request a slot, we take you at your word.
Is the evaluation different from a regular one?
No. Same independent providers, same intake, same 15-minute consultation, same letter template, same turnaround. Providers are paid identically for Access evaluations and are not told which cases are Access cases.
What happens if the provider decides a letter is not appropriate?
You will not receive a letter, and your $89 will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. This refund applies to WorkWell Access participants specifically.
Why is it limited to five per month?
Providers are paid the same rate for an Access evaluation as any other, so each slot has a real cost. Five per month is what the business can sustain right now. If that changes, the number goes up.
Can I upgrade to Complete Support or add employer forms?
Yes, at standard prices. Add-on services such as additional employer form completions, letter revisions, and provider-employer calls are available within 90 days of your evaluation date. Access pricing applies only to the evaluation itself.
Which states are covered?
40+ PSYPACT jurisdictions. What matters is where you will be physically located during the video call, not where you live or where your employer is based. California, Oregon, Alaska, New Mexico, and Louisiana are not participating. The current list is on the PSYPACT map.
Can you help with FMLA paperwork?
No. WorkWell does not provide FMLA certification or complete FMLA forms, at any price tier. FMLA certification requires an established treating relationship that a one-time evaluation cannot support. If you need leave rather than a workplace accommodation, speak with your treating provider.
