WorkWell Evals works with independently licensed psychologists who hold PSYPACT authorization to provide telehealth services across participating states. Each provider operates under their own license, maintains their own malpractice coverage, and makes all clinical decisions independently.

Alicia L. Townsend, PhD, BCN
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Townsend is a PSYPACT-credentialed Licensed Psychologist who earned her PhD in Health Psychology. She understands how medical and mental health conditions can impact daily functioning, especially in the workplace. She provides a compassionate, safe space to navigate the overwhelming process of ADA accommodation, evaluate your qualifying conditions, and obtain the help you need to succeed.

Dr. Andrew Mendonsa, Psy.D., MBA
Licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist
Dr. Andrew Mendonsa is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience in psychological assessment, workplace accommodation evaluations, trauma-informed practice, and complex clinical decision-making. He has extensive experience evaluating functional limitations related to mental health conditions and providing clinically supported recommendations consistent with applicable professional and workplace standards. In addition to his clinical and forensic work, Dr. Mendonsa is also a university professor who teaches doctoral level courses in assessment, ethics, trauma, and clinical practice.

Charles Williams, Ph.D., MSCP., HSP
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Williams is a military-trained Clinical Psychologist. After completing his doctoral studies at Tennessee State University, he obtained a post-graduate Master of Science degree in clinical psychopharmacology. He also pursued post-graduate studies in personal and executive coaching. Dr. Williams has extensive training in evidence-based trauma treatments. In 2011, Dr. Williams was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army, where he trained as an intern and resident in Hawaii. After training, he was assigned as a behavioral health clinic chief in Taegu, South Korea. He provided oversight to over 6,000 military personnel, their families, and government civilian employees. After that assignment, Dr. Williams was the behavioral health consultant to the U.S. Recruiting command, where he had oversight of over 2,500 recruiters, families, and government civilians across eight states, to include the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. He specializes in conducting a wide variety of psychological assessments and is a sought-after C-suite provider. Dr. Williams's education and professional experience have blended well to prepare him with the ability to educate, empower, and encourage individuals in their pursuit of personal and professional development.
